The AI2AI Chrome extension, developed by creative director Johnross Post and information security researcher Aurora Johnson, transforms LinkedIn’s often overwhelming stream of artificial intelligence content into colorful cards featuring facts about basketball star Allen Iverson (nicknamed ‘The Answer’).
This clever tool responds to growing user fatigue with LinkedIn’s increasingly AI-dominated feed, where self-proclaimed experts flood timelines with unsolicited advice about generative AI technologies.

How It Works
Once installed, the extension automatically detects posts about generative AI and overlays them with informative cards containing Iverson facts, such as ‘At 6 feet tall, Allen Iverson was one of the shortest players to win the NBA MVP’ or ‘He made the All-NBA First Team a total of three times.’
Users can close these cards to see who posted the original AI content, maintaining control over their browsing experience while enjoying a mental break from AI discussions.

The developers created AI2AI after feeling professionally obligated to remain active on LinkedIn despite growing weary of the platform’s AI obsession. As Johnson explains, the extension helps users ‘take back control of your feed and take back control of your experience of the internet.’

Not the First of Its Kind
Interestingly, AI2AI isn’t the first extension to make this specific substitution. An earlier tool from 2025 replaced every mention of ‘AI’ with ‘Allen Iverson’ in text. However, AI2AI takes the concept further by overlaying entire posts with fact cards rather than simply changing text.
User Experience
For those exhausted by LinkedIn’s AI content but required to use the platform professionally, AI2AI offers a playful respite while still allowing engagement with the network. The extension transforms potentially tedious scrolling into an opportunity to learn about Iverson’s career highlights, personal achievements, and basketball legacy.
